Since that time, Bennett Long has devoted his practice to the representation and advocacy of insurance policyholders in property loss and business interruption claims resulting from hurricanes, wind/hail storms, tornados, flood, fire, etc. Mr. Long has been in involved with hundreds of property claims that have collected millions of dollars in the last several years through settlements on behalf of his clients. Mr. Long stresses the importance of insurance policyholders knowing their rights and the proper way to present an insurance claim for payment when dealing with sophisticated insurance companies before, during and after a property claim. Mr. Long’s overriding focus is to maximize the policyholder’s recovery from the insurance company on each and every property and business interruption claim.
