Mr. Long stresses the importance of insurance policyholders knowing their rights and the proper way to present an insurance claim for payment when dealing with sophisticated insurance companies before, during and after a property claim. Mr. Long’s overriding focus is to maximize the policyholder’s recovery from the insurance company on each and every property and business interruption claim.
